Natasha Horsley, MS, LPC

Natasha Horsley, MS, LPC is a founding partner of the Temenos Center and has been an individual, family and couple's therapist for fifteen years. She received her Master's degree in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and subsequently became a specialist in the treatment of eating disorders and women's issues, spending eight years as a therapist and supervisor at The Renfrew Center of Philadelphia.

She has also received training in addictions counseling, Imago couple's therapy and in EMDR (a technique that helps people recover from trauma). These techniques are frequently interwoven in her work, which is primarily psychodynamic and relational in orientation.

Her primary belief is that although pain may be an initial motivator for therapy, long term growth and change can only happen in an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance. She strives to help people find more happiness in themselves and their relationships by guiding them towards making choices out of self-love instead of self-recrimination.

Natasha has presented seminars on women's issues locally and nationally, and is available to give talks in the area, as needed, on eating disorders, parenting, recovery from trauma and other related topics.

Recently she has begun to work with children and men also, and has enjoyed expanding her practice with the help of additional training. She is looking forward to intensifying her training in these and other areas, as she finds it most rewarding to work with people from all walks of life.

The best way to reach her is on her cell phone at 856-220-3394
